Patients who complete their forms ahead of time are able to provide more accurate information and significantly shorten their appointment time.
Reminder: Your insurance carrier might cover your abortion service. However, many health plans do include a high deductible which your provider may require you to pay in full before they will begin to cover your abortion services.
Feel free to contact your provider’s member services to check your coverage and to confirm whether or not your deductible is applicable.
